Manage Your Diabetes!

Conversation Map® sessions are designed to help you discover what you want and need to know about managing your diabetes or that of a loved one.

The Creighton University Diabetes Education Program is an American Diabetes Association recognized Education Program that covers a variety of topics including an overview of diabetes, blood glucose monitoring, lifestyle changes, nutrition, medications, and living well with diabetes.

Each class is held monthly as a series of 4 sessions meeting for 2 hours each day. Monthly classes will vary on the dates and times offered. Classes are held at the Dundee Clinic at 5002 Underwood Ave. Please call Joni Pagenkemper at 402-280-1813 to register for the series of classes that best meets your needs. Medicare and most insurance benefits cover the cost of attending these classes.

November 9-12, each day from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
