Flying Solo? What You Need to Know About Starting Your Own Firm

If you have ever thought that solo practice might be right for you, mark your calendars and plan to attend an in-depth program on solo practice on Saturday, March 24 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 pm. Local attorneys will discuss the ins and outs of setting up your own practice, and provide advice for developing clients and managing your law practice. A representative of the Nebraska Supreme Court’s Counsel for Discipline Office will answer your questions about ethical considerations in solo practice. Because “hanging a shingle” is a big undertaking, we are devoting 3 hours to this topic rather than the typical one hour lunchtime program. Please attend if you are considering solo practice.
