Gandhi Grandson to Give Asian World Center Presidential Lecture

Larger Than Politics: The Worlds of Lincoln, King and Gandhi

Rajmohan Gandhi will present the Asian World Center Presidential Lecture, “Larger than Politics: the Worlds of Lincoln, King and Gandhi,” at 7 p.m. on April 23 in Harper Center auditorium. A reception will be held prior to the lecture at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. The lecture is co-sponsored by the India Association of Nebraska. Father Lannon will present Gandhi with a presidential medallion and Omaha Mayor Jim Suttle will present him with a key to the city at the lecture.

Parking is available in front of the Harper Center located at 602 N. 20th St. (20th Street is one-way traveling southbound).
