Staff Advisory Council Nominations start today

This is your official form for nominating an exempt or non-exempt, Level E through M representative for the Creighton University Staff Advisory Council from one of the following areas:

Administration and Finance (2)
Information Technology (1)
Student Services (1)
Health Sciences (2)
(Includes School of Medicine, Cardiac, Clinics, etc.)

Elected employees will serve a three-year term beginning August 2012. Full and 3/4 time employees are eligible to be on the Council.

Please consider nominating a staff person from the areas above as a candidate for the Staff Advisory Council. Provide the nominee's full name, department name, level, title, email address and telephone number in the spaces below, only one nominee per form. This employee must have given you a verbal approval to nominate him/her. Please know that you may nominate yourself.
