W.A.R. Workout

Rasmussen Center Field House

This is a workout like nothing you've done before. This class will combine TRX Suspension Traning, RIP Training, sled pulls, battling rope drills, tire flips, and other strength and conditioning specific exercises.

This class is FREE but space is limited - register in the KFC Office or call 280-2848. Sign up for as many of these classes as you would like.
