Meet Chef Marcelo de Castro Alves, Food Consultant
My career in gastronomy begun when accepted a position and moved to London years ago. I worked Queen Elizabeth Conference Center for five years. I was taught mainly modern British cuisine, using ingredients from within its shores.
I moved back to Brazil and became a Head Chef for Sodexo, not knowing much about the food culture. It´s amazingly diverse and delicious! I was based in São Paulo, home to several distinctive cooking styles for which Brazil is best known.
Now I am a food offer modules developer and am moving to a healthier way of cooking with simplicity but not compromising the taste of good eating. Healthier and sustainable eating will become a very popular trend to consumers of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. My aspiration is to provide an authentic taste to people who enjoy the passion that I deliver every meal!
