This engaging virtual live session is available to you wherever you have an internet connection. It is an interactive session, so plan to be actively involved. All Creighton employees are welcome to join us.

We have almost as many ways we define the word trust as we do the word love. How does trust look in the workplace? How do we trust our co-workers, peers and leaders in a high-stress, imperfect or trust-adverse environment? This session will help to define a realistic and easily applied definition of trust as well as give participants ideas on how to start talking about trust in a productive way. If you have been burned by a co-worker, have not been perfect on the trust front yourself, or are just looking for ways to build trust in your teams – this session is for you.

You will leave this session being able to:
identify a tangible workplace definition for the word trust
discuss how a foundation of trust builds an employee experience of accountability and empowerment.
knowing phrases for success that provide examples of what managers and employees can say to foster trust in their organization.

Beth is skilled at taking a topic, and helping employees connect it to delivering stronger business results. Her conversational, yet credible style and ability to connect with a group is something she takes pride in and her ability to tackle topics that often challenge organizations and help them break through is one of her favorite parts of her job. Have people referred to her as the Taylor Swift of leadership development? No. Would she like that? Absolutely.
