The Spiral of Accountability is a synthesis of several theories and models with decades of first-hand professional experience with hundreds of teams. The Spiral visually represents the accountability dynamic. It shows the progression of both destructive behaviors and productive behaviors and how they can cause a spiral down to misery or a spiral up to a team that is In Synch.

By the end of this session, you will:
Discover the Spiral of Accountability and its impact on individual and team performance
Explore the dynamic of spiraling down and spiraling up in shared accountability situations
Learn three questions to ask themselves when in the “fog” to encourage spiraling up
